Shipping policy

We charge a flat rate of £ 7 per order for UK Mainland shipping.  

After payment has been received we ship your package withing 2 to 5 working days. Once we send your package you will receive a tracking code to follow the shipment of your order.  

With the Corona Virus situation delay in delivery is being experienced through all delivery channels and ITH will not be held responsible for this delay.   

Following Brexit the shipping rates from Europe to the UK are erratic and the carriers change these without notice. We reserve the right to revert to our customers for additional shipping charges prior to dispatch of the order in case of need. We will happily refund the order if the extra shipping required is not acceptable to the customer. 

 

Return policy

Returning a item 

Please contact us  within 10 working days upon receipt of your order which item you wish to return. Kindly enter our contact form. We will confirm the address of return to you. The return order should be received within 20 days upon receipt of the return address. Optional, let us know the reason for return.  

Kindly repack the item (in its original packaging, if applicable). The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the order.  

Returning a damaged or incorrect item 

In the unlikely event that your order arrived damaged please accept our apologies. Please contact us  as soon as possible and within 10 working days upon receipt of your order.  We may ask you to provide: 

  • Images of the item depicting the damage caused 
  • The image(s) you send us must also include the packaging the item(s) arrived in including the delivery note. This enables us to process your claim as quickly as possible and helps us to identify areas where our services can be improved.  We will make arrangements for the return of the damaged items and will issue a refund once the damaged or incorrect items have been received.  

Similarly if you receive a faulty item containing printing faults or physical defects, please send us an image of the item so that we can ensure that a replacement/refund is processed for you. This also enables us to quality check our remaining stock. The postal costs will be for sellers responsibility for returning the goods.

How you will be refunded 

We will initiate the refund process once we receive the return delivery. We will make the refund to the card that was used to pay for the original order. We are not able to make cash refunds.  If the refund exceeds the amount originally paid, we may issue a credit voucher against future orders.  We will issue the refund within 14 days of the return being received, though it can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.  The cost of returning damaged or faulty items will be refunded to you, but this needs to be agreed in advance of return.
